Markus 1:13

1:13 He was in the wilderness forty days, ¹  enduring temptations from Satan. He ²  was with wild animals, and angels were ministering to his needs. ³ 

Markus 4:38

4:38 But ⁴  he was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. They woke him up and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care that we are about to die?”

[4:38]  ⁴ tn Grk “And.” Here καί (kai) has been translated as “but” to indicate the contrast present in this context.
